Refund /Cancellation Policy
At The Sophia Studio, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and you may need to return a product. Therefore, we have formulated our refund policy that outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are initiated.

Refunds has to be initiated within 72 hours of delivery of the product by the buyer and when approved by the company: We accept refund requests only within 72 hours of delivery of the product. The refund request must be approved by the company before the refund process can begin.

An unedited video of the unboxing of the product is mandatory: To initiate the refund process, you must provide an unedited video of unboxing the product. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure that the product is returned in its original condition.

The courier charges including return charges to be paid by the buyer in case of cancellation of items without damage: If you cancel an item without any damage, you will be responsible for the courier charges, including the return charges.

Refunds will be initiated only after the damaged/canceled item is received by the seller: Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the damaged/canceled item. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
Please note that the following conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
